Itinerary
On this day, immediately after your early morning breakfast, meet your safari guide for the briefing about this 5 days adventure in Kidepo Valley National Park. Then kick start the long day road trip in a safari vehicle, this comes with a lot to see as you pass through Ugandan remote landscapes, plantations, forests, and plain savannah grassland, we shall have en-route lunch at Kabalega dinners and proceed with drive to Kitgum Town and upon arrival, we shall check in at the hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight as we await for the following day adventures. After breakfast, drive to Kidepo Valley National Park. Upon arrival, check in and have lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy an evening game drive to spot wildlife like lions, elephants, and leopards. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Accommodation: Kidepo Savannah Lodge
Spend the entire day exploring the park. This includes a morning game drive in the Narus Valley and an afternoon cultural experience with the Karamojong people at Karenna and Kapedo. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Accommodation: Kidepo Savannah Lodge
On this day we shall have our last moments at Kidepo with a game drive around the Narus valley, we shall anticipate seeing several animals like herds of Buffalos, Elephants, and antelopes. From there we shall drive through the remotest zones of Uganda, seeing the villages and thatched houses along the way. We shall spend our overnight in Gulu Town. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Packed Lunch, and Dinner. Accommodation: Kidepo Savannah Lodge
On this day we shall depart Gulu town for another drive towards Kampala, along the way we shall have a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for Rhino tracking, this adventure may take about 2 hours before we have our Lunch at the premises or Kabalega Dinners. From there embark on your journey to Kampala, your safari guide will point out to the Popular Luwero triangle as you continue through to the City he/she drops you at your hotel or Entebbe international airport. Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch.
